Refund policy

 

We want you to love your astronomy gear. If you’re not satisfied, most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories. Open-box or used items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Custom cables, filters, and special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@snowflakehobbies.com with your order number. We’ll issue a return authorization and provide shipping details.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
