    Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping will be added soon — sign up for updates.

  • Do your products come with a warranty?
    Yes — all new products include the manufacturer’s warranty. Snowflake Skies provides additional warranty details here

  • How do I choose compatible gear?
    Our team curates product bundles and compatibility notes on each product page. You can also email us with your setup for guidance.

  • What if something arrives damaged?
    We’ll take care of it immediately — please email photos and your order number to admin@snowflakeskies.com within 7 days of delivery.

    Not yet — but it’s on our roadmap once our astronomy farm and logistics hub are operational.

  • Do you accept returns?
