Our goal is to ensure you get dependable, long-term performance from your equipment.

If you experience a defect or failure:

1. Email admin@snowflakeskies.com with your order number, product name, and description of the issue.

2. We’ll coordinate warranty service directly with the manufacturer or facilitate an exchange when possible.

3. Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.

For products manufactured directly by Snowflake Skies, additional coverage terms will be listed on each product page once available.
